We don’t beat about the bush; when it comes to developing our products we still rely on the best Spanish designers.
On this occasion it was Carlos Tiscar, ACDV Oro 2019, German Design Award Winner 2018, IF Design Award 2018 (to name just a few of his latest achievements), who was in charge of designing our zamak GEN handle collection.
GEN moves along a subtle, ostensibly simple plane, one which under a rather flat appearance, consists of a refined ensemble of volumes and shapes. Launched in two multiples of 32 and 224 it takes its manifest minimalism to extreme elegance.
We also presented our TALOS profile collection, an outstanding success, where the aluminium profiles for display cabinets acquire three-dimensionality and an irrefutable exquisiteness.
In the TALOS collection, a solid aluminium round profile is used as a handle, with all its potential to be machined where and how you want.
Ideal for generously sized drawers (such as in the bathroom cabinet) and, especially, for cupboard doors, it was exhibited together with the wooden version of the same handles, something that distinguishes the NA profile collections for display cabinets.
The TALOS collection was, of course, accompanied by its “big sisters” that amount to 6 profile collections for display cabinets that NA has launched in just one year. A real challenge!
We love simplicity in the details, which is why we also had our LAGO edge on display. It is an accessory that adorns the mirrors of bathroom wall cabinets, just like a pair of little earrings.
Adhesive is used and applied to the back of the bathroom mirror to get a better grip when opening the cabinet and it is practically invisible, so it doesn’t obstruct the visual plane of the mirror.
For the first time ever during SICAM 2019 we had our new anodised aluminium finish with us, which is called ALAZÁN (Sorrel). It is a dark copper coloured anodic coating that changes tone according to the light.
The colour of this finish is difficult to classify, it is iridescent, it ranges from brown to maroon, and it reminds us a lot of the coat colour of certain horses, which is why the name Alazán (Sorrel) seemed to be a very appropriate name to give it.
One of the stars of our stand was our mirror 9290, how? Navarro Azorín now makes mirrors?
We have designed an aluminium profile for mirror frames that has been an absolute revolution. Three-dimensional, spectacular, it comes ready to incorporate exterior and interior led lights, lighting diffusors …What is more, it has an exclusive bracket system that makes it much easier to hang the mirror up and put the LED lights in.
To be one of our first incursions ever in the world of bathroom mirrors we would like to say that we have scored bull's-eye!
We also presented two new additions in the handle sizes of recent collections that we wanted to expand on given their huge success.
The new 7394 of multiple 224 now complements that of 160. A zamak handle that is perfect to use vertically or horizontally and it is very, very chameleonic. Sweet and modern in shiny chrome, art-deco in silky nickel or with a black industrial look.
We have also broadened our horizons with four sizes of our 7371, now available in multiples of 128, 160, 192 and 320. It is hard not to find the perfect size!
When it comes to our new bathroom line we are always up for mischief. To prove it, we had some of our 1200 mm long aluminium handle and knob models in high gloss chrome and silky nickel finishes on display, which definitely caught visitors’ eyes as they passed by the stand.
All these new releases were chaperoned by our latest creations, such as the Eluno collection designed by the prestigious Yonoh studio. One of the most original collections in the world of furniture accessories.
Are you interested in any of these new products? Don’t wait any longer to get in touch with us. The sole mission of our sales team is to be of assistance to you. We know how to help you enhance your furniture.
We look forward to seeing you again at SICAM 2020. Best regards.
